The calendars can be edited and filled out through google docs or Microsoft word.

Each student will automatically get a copy of the calendar. If you have any questions or are experiencing any difficulties, please comment or send me a private message and I can address your concerns directly.

*Please submit the completed calendar in the DEAM assignment folder at the end of the school year, JUNE 26.*

Once completed, on June 26, you can submit your filled out calendars.

Editing the calender's From your computer or tablet:
You click on the attachment that reads: “Student Name 04-Cal-DEAM”. In the middle of the document there is a tab that says: "Open with" and a drop down menu will appear with the option to open with google docs. Click google doc and there you can edit and save the calendars. Your saved edited version should replace the original document automatically once saved.

From Phone:
You can access and edit the calendar from your phone by: viewing the assignment. On the assignment page there should be an attachment above the comments that says : “Student Name 04-Cal-DEAM” click on that, it should take you to a new page. On the new page the calendar will open up and if you look at the top right corner of the screen there should be a pen 🖊 icon. Click that and it should allow you to check off the days from your phone.

The Drop Everything and Move Calendars for April can be found in your class grade folders (PE K,1,and 2)

Please find you grade and click on the calendar.

The calendars can be edited and filled out through google docs. Please read and follow the directions on how to complete and check off the calendar provided in the document.

*How to Edit and Upload the Calendar*

In order to edit the document you have to follow the following steps:
1. Open the document and click on the three dots in the top right hand corner.
2. Click open in a new window.
3. In the top right of the page you should see a download symbol (it's the arrow pointing down next to the three dots) please click that.
4. Once downloaded, you can open the document on microsoft word and edit it.
5. when you are done, you save the document on microsoft word.

From there you can continuously edit the document throughout the month.


*After you have edited and created your file, please submit the completed calendar in the DEAM assignment folder at the end of the month.*

Once completed, on April 30th, you can submit your filled out checklist.
